During your first treatment we will spend ten minutes assessing your medical history and general lifestyle so that we can plan the treatment to meet your needs; everything that is discussed at this consultation is treated in the strictest confidence. I am trained to make you feel at ease - all you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience.
Should you decide to continue with further treatments it is recommended that you
return at least four times at regular intervals in order to maximise the health benefits and sense of well-being. You should start feeling more relaxed, re-vitalised and energised as the course progresses.
